This desirable community offers resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool and spa, playground, dog park, barbecue areas, and gazebos. Conveniently located near Orlando International Airport, Lee Vista Promenade, Lake Nona Medical City, the University of Central Florida, public transportation, dining, shopping, and major roadways, including the Beachline Expressway and East-West Expressway. **This property requires HOA approval and it could take up to 3 business days for the HOA to approve an application. The HOA application fee and process is aside from ours.
