I have a 2 bedroom condo in northwest Austin, Texas, and I'm looking to rent out EITHER the entire unit for 3 months @ $2000/month OR 1 BR for $1000 (there are two bedrooms available) starting in January 2023. All utilities and WiFi included! My condo is right on a bus line that will take you downtown and less than a 10 minute drive to everything downtown Austin has to offer: breweries, restaurants, 6th street, parks, music venues, etc. My neighborhood (Northwest Hills) is gorgeous and quiet with a small park and some trails right across the street. Even with the quiet feel, there is a grocery store within walking distance of my place and bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all nearby in Allendale and North Shoal Creek neighborhoods! The complex has a lovely pool and barbecue area that are yours to use during your stay! I've done all of the landscaping in the courtyard and barbecue area with native plants so these spaces also have a cared-for, cozy feel! Inside the condo, there is ample closet space in the bedrooms and underneath the stairs (which also serves as the pantry). The kitchen is stocked with dishes and basic cookware, plus appliances like a coffee pot, electric water boiler, and there is a combination washer/dryer in the unit. If you prefer, you'll also have access to a community laundry room that is kept very clean. A little note about my home: This is not an investment property! It's my first house, purchased in 2020, and I've put a lot of energy into turning it into a home that I love. I'm going to spend 3 months in Fort Collins, CO and plan to return in April. As such, I'm hopeful to find a tenant who will treat my home with respect and care while they're here. I have wonderful neighbors who I'm sure you'll meet and love, too (if you'd like! :)). Additionally, I usually rent out my 2nd bedroom when I'm here so if you have interest in staying beyond the 3 months, rent will be only $1000/month starting April 1.
