Up to Two Small Pets Allowed: additional $500 deposit for one and additional $750 deposit for two. Verified emotional support or service animals are not considered pets. Approved applicants must meet our written rental criteria found under the Available Rentals tab on our website (windermerecapmDOTcom). The written rental criteria requires a minimum FICO score of 650 (this requirement is waived if you have a verified government subsidy), minimum income of 2.5 times rent amount, and minimum of 2 years verifiable, positive rental history or home ownership. No recent evictions or collections. This property is a no smoking property. Verified emotional support or service animals are not considered pets. Approved applicants must carry renter's insurance with at least $100,000 in personal liability insurance at their own cost. Applications processed first come, first served, and not until you view the property. Applicants will be invited to a property showing. At the time of the showing, the applicant will determine whether or not to move forward with the processing of the application package.
