This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a large deck and jacuzzi. This has a kitchenette -which means there is a fridge, small oven, microwave, toaster oven, sink, and some counter space. This is the lower unit of a house in the Montclair hills with its own separate entry. All the space including the large lower deck and jacuzzi are private and completely yours to use. The laundry (washer and dryer) are in the garage and are shared. Electricity, cable, garbage, water will be billed at a fixed 200 /month. The price is lower than the market because we prefer to rent it to a single person who is responsible and respectful. The place would be perfect for someone who appreciates nature, quiet and simple meals. No pets please. Showing it on Sundays in December from 11am - 1pm.
