Our maintenance guy, Tony was amazing! Our dishwasher racks had some bent prongs and a bit of rust from wear. He proceeded to replace the dishwasher, while also being clean and communicative. He also fixed our bathroom light and a shelf. He’s a very nice man. Thank you!

I recently moved into the Avalon Walnut Ridge community, and I must say, I absolutely love it. The and community is clean, quiet, peaceful, and I look forward to coming home after a long day at work. I would like to mention that Mario, a member of the maintenance team, was extremely helpful during my check-in process. Not only did he fix anything that needed fixing, but he also went the extra mile to share tips on taking care of my place and offered resources to help keep my family feeling safe. We cannot thank him enough for his outstanding service. I would also like to thank Tony for his support. I feel like I'm in safe hands, and I'm very excited about my new journey here at Avalon. - 2023 2024 Update: I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for both the maintenance team and the leasing management office team. Both team's responsiveness and professionalism have been outstanding, and I'm so grateful for their hard work. As I approach my first full year here, I'm truly impressed with the sense of community fostered. The fun engagements, like the pet photos, yummytreat giveaways and scavenger hunts, really make a difference. I have to say, this place is a gem! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and engaging community. Thank you again for all that you do.
