You're in close proximity to Sunset, minutes from the 101, and right in the middle of everything the eastside has going for it. Courage Bagels, Sqirl, Intelligentsia, Cafe Stella, Tartine, and Erewhon are all nearby. Silver Lake, Echo Park, and Los Feliz are all right there. DC Fitness is directly across the street — a fully equipped gym that's open to the public and one of the better kept secrets in the neighborhood. The unit itself was redone top to bottom. New LVP flooring throughout, fresh paint, recessed lighting, and a clean modern finish that holds up in person. The kitchen is the standout. Quartz island with a built-in gas cooktop, stainless steel range hood, white shaker cabinets with black hardware, stainless fridge, and a black industrial pull-down faucet. It's a real kitchen set up for someone who actually cooks. Bedroom has a mirrored closet and ceiling fan. The bathroom was fully redone with large-format marble tile, a deep soaking tub, black fixtures throughout, and a clean vanity with storage. In-unit stacked washer/dryer is included and tucked in its own closet. There's outdoor space, assigned parking for an extra $100/mo, and storage sheds in the parking area. All utilities are separately metered and tenant responsibility. No risk to apply. The $40 application fee is not due until your application is reviewed and it is confirmed you meet the basic income requirement of at least three times the monthly rent.
