ROOM FOR RENT in SHARED 2 BED 2 BATH 3 STORY TOWNHOME. Owner wants to sign a 1 year lease. You will have access to the two car garage - you have one space and owner has the other space. Owner is a single professional male in his 50's that works a full time job with no pets or kids. As the tenant, your lease will include access to your bedroom, en suite bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room- all on the 2nd floor of the townhome. The first floor is the owners bedroom and en suite bathroom. The third floor is the owners office. Essentially, the entire second floor will be yours. Water is included in your rent but electricity will be split between you and the owner (cable will be split too if you want WiFi). Washer and Dryer in the townhome too. This area of Montrose is beautiful and quiet/secure. You will have access to the huge private backyard (60 x 70 ft). Pets are welcome but a pet interview is required. LGBT friendly!
