I am currently renting a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in the 2400 Building on 24th and South. My current roommate will be moving in with her boyfriend and I love this place so much I would really like to stay if I could find a GREAT roommate. The condo is a two bedroom/two bath and approx. 1300 sq feet. You would have a private bedroom that is 10ft x14ft, and your private bathroom is incredible! The bathroom has a Japanese soaking tub (had no idea what this was until I moved in here) and an amazing steam shower. Your room has a set up for a TV/cable connection and has a nice size closet. There is an additional closet in the hallway between your bedroom and bathroom that is yours for extra storage. The bedroom will be yours to decorate however you wish! The living room is fully furnished. I have most kitchen essentials, but you can bring your own plates/silverware/pots/etc that would be great, you are welcome to use most of mine though as well. Unit has a Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher. There is a basic gym on the first floor of the building for residents. Access to building is with a keycard and intercom that can be set up to your cell phone. Standard key for access to our unit. Heirloom market and South Street Market are just around the corner for easy grocery shopping. Starbucks and Rival Brother’s Coffee close by. 15 minute walk to CHOP/PENN. About Me: I am a 29 year old, female, nurse practitioner at CHOP and between my patient care hours and research I work a lot. My hours vary week to week as I do cover nights and will need to occasionally sleep during the day. My boyfriend lives in Midwest and he comes to visit for a long weekend about once a month and I go to visit him about once a month. I will occasionally have friends over for a dinner party. I am not a big party girl and I would appreciate if you weren’t either. I enjoy my work, reading, working out, cooking meals, and always love a glass of red wine. What I am looking for in a roommate: Think this would be a great match for a resident or fellow that is at CHOP or Penn as the location is incredible for getting to and from work. We would also have a mutual understanding of our lifestyles. I don’t care if you have an occasional partner sleeping over. I don’t care if you have friends over at times as long as they are respectful of our place/belongings and respectful of sleep schedules. No pets per condo owner request. I am a very clean individual and I would expect that you would at the least keep the common space clean and organized (no dishes in the sink, put away coats/shoes/books/etc if you aren’t using them in the common area). You can keep your own room in whatever condition you would like. We would split gas/electric/internet and cable. Parking is available on the street with a District 1 Permit ($35/year) **Rent is $1500 each/month that is individually paid to the owner of the condo. (the condo owner is great and although I haven’t had any real maintenance issues she is always very responsive). My current roommate is pretty flexible with when she would move out as she is moving into her boyfriend’s home (mid-June- August 1).
