This home is available for in person tours, we are looking for a 17 or 24 month lease to start with option to renew at that time. This house is in amazing condition and very clean. Walking in the main door you have a main floor with hardwood. It features a living room with gas fireplace, full bath, bedroom, office, dining area and kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs you have the full 1/2 story as a bedroom with very ample closet space. Downstairs is the primary bedroom with primary bath. This room is very spacious and the bathroom/closet is huge. Fenced yard with a two car garage. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, wst) and lawn and snow care. Sorry no pets. No pets have been living at this home. Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
