I moved to Rosa Apartments in Kingfield, when they first opened about a year and a half ago, and I couldn’t be happier! The management team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to help, which makes such a difference in the experience. The location is fantastic—close to everything you need, yet it’s quiet and peaceful.I love the big windows in my unit that let in so much natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space. The amenities here are outstanding: stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, a fitness center, club room, conference room, coffee bar, common area Wi-Fi, and a convenient package room. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall comfort and quality of living here.making it feel like home from day one Highly recommend!

It’s been easy living here at Rosa. If you are considering Rosa for your temporary home or your forever home, it’s one to be proud of! One of the Original Residents here at the newly built Rosa Apartments since 2023 and I AM STILL LOVING IT! I rest easy going to and from home. ALWAYS feel safe, and welcomed by Staff & Neighbors. When I’m home, I bathe in the relaxing sounds of solitude, silence and that sweet “new built” smell of a non-lived in apartment still almost 2 years later. The Staff I love so much! They are present, responsive, always on high alert for Us and quick to inquire about any concerns we may have and get Us results within 48 hours or less. Never had a bad experience here at Rosa. We look out for one another and learn quickly whom we share living quarters with - The Rosa is not overwhelming and not too small, but just right. With heated underground parking (1st come, 1st served), central heat/AC, In Unit Washer/Dryers, and a club room to mingle, or study, or have a peace of mind in front of a gorgeous view with an electric fireplace centerpiece, it’s breathtaking. You couldn’t ask for a better deal! And if you think the Clubroom has a view, you should see the Penthouse Suites with views of Minneapolis & Downtown Minneapolis! Neighborhood is located directly in South Minneapolis, next to transit (both local routes & Express service to downtown Minneapolis or even Burnsville Heart of the City Station), Interstate 35W, Interstate 94, 10-12 minutes from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, 10-12 minutes from the Infamous Mall Of America, and 8-10 minutes to downtown Minneapolis, or 15 minutes to downtown St Paul! So many options in this cozy, spider-webbed blanket of options, not to mention, SAFE for ALL! If I wasn’t becoming a “big boy” and ending my lease in the Spring to become a Homeowner, there is no where else (with better prices) that I would rather be! You should stop in or call and schedule a tour! 🤷🏾♂️
