We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $50 per applicant, deposit - $300, & administration Fee - $150. Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back, Utility Service Fee - $3.50. We have been here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it! The staff is like no other here. If you have any questions, the office staff is always there to answer any questions and if they're not in the office, they are quick to answer as soon as possible. The cleaning staff clean the apartment building daily so it is always fresh and clean. The maintenance staff is superior. We submit a request the day before and boom it's done by the time I get home from work the next day with a note with what was wrong. The building and rooms in itself are fairly newer. As in they have done remodels to some rooms and continue to remodel and update rooms. I have heard rumors or maybe they have announced a tap in key type entrance, but for now everything is If you're in a higher floor the view is like no other and worth it for the upgrades if you can afford it. They have a gym, 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), saunas, conference room, etc. It sometimes feels like you're in a hotel. The other residents are from all age groups, genders, and backgrounds. It's a very diverse building and from what I see everyone gets along. THE only complaint or issue I have about this whole building is that the exterior facing windows/patio doors are older and not as well insulated. Which we've only had this one time, but with strong winds and heavy HEAVY rain falls, the rain will seap through the windows/doors and come into the apartment. In the future I'm betting they will upgrade these to be more improved. Overall, I still rate it 5 stars because of all the benefits and only 1 issue. It is a great place to live and I would recommend it to a friend!

Steve is not only amazing at ALL the things he does, but is also kind, caring, and a pleasure to be around. I feel so blessed to have a maintenance team that makes me feel comfortable, taken care of, and I don't have to worry when something goes down. Thank you Steve and Edina Towers! I love living here.
