The home has been owner occupied and in great condition. Walking into this home from he front door you have a large living and dining area that flows into the kitchen space, the kitchen has bar seating as well as a dishwasher. Two bedrooms including a primary with bath, are on the main level. There is also a quarter bath off the living room. Downstairs you have an office space or family room, 3/4 bath, 3rd bedroom and laundry. Two car garage (very clean) and patio are located in the back yard. Lawn and snow are tenant responsibility. You will also be responsible for gas, electric, and w/s/t. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
