I've been living here at Lyndy since June 1, 2018. The apartment was brand new when we moved in to our one bedroom. A nice part about living here is that Caleb and the team go above and beyond to accommodate residents. If I ever have questions I can always email or walk in and talk. Internet and utilities are all included in the price, although underground parking is extra. A cool part about living here is the amenities. There is an exercise room, printer, a board room, multiple open gathering spaces, a mobile movie projector, and a rooftop patio with grills. Its fun to be able to share the common spaces and invite guests over. I was a little worried that downsizing from a two bedroom to a one bedroom would be an issue, but the layout fits my girlfriend and I's lifestyle wonderfully. We've found that having less space is more environmentally conscious, and not that we feel limited, but it helps us from having junk pile up because every foot of our 465 Sq' apt is utilized. Lastly, the in-unit appliances make doing chores a breeze. We could probably never go back to not having a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Very happy with out decision to move in!
