Highlights of the neighborhood within 3-4 blocks of the house are Maplewood Coffee & Tea and April Hill Park. The property is a double lot and is shared with a small studio cottage and another renter. This renter enters from the opposite side of the property and occupies their own space. The only shared appliance between the two units is the washer/dryer in the basement of the house that is accessed from the outside only. There is no smoking in this rental.
