It's a really nice community, everyone is friendly, the services inside the community area are really excellent. No issues with my unit, but we were told they would be updated units - but the reality is only SOME of them are updated. Personally, I think they should show the un-updated apartments to folks who are getting those so expectations can be curbed. That said, even the un-updated ones are super nice! The layouts/floorplans of these apartments are really well done for the most part and the staff is especially helpful and kind. There's only 3 things I would change - 1. Maybe have lawn services on an as-needed or more logical basis. They came around leaf blowing no leaves on the property shortly before a storm (would make more sense for them to come after storms), especially since the noise disrupts WFH employees. 2. Make the guest passes work on the Community app. I was told they would work, but in attempting to do so, it does not. I am met with a "There are no entryways in your community for guest access. Please contact your property manager for assistance." If I'm a resident and you're expecting us use this app especially for a gated community, I would hope it would work and that you would personally test that it does. This creates a major inconvenience for folks when they go on vacation, are moving in/out, need services that require access, etc. 3. On the subject of having no guest passes, the community uses a sticker fob attached to their vehicle for entry/exit through the gates - this is super problematic and ties directly into the aforementioned guest pass issue. If I can't even let my pizza delivery guy through on the app you want us to use for guest passes (that we currently cannot utilize), I would like a physical, portable fob so I could. I can't imagine what this must be like for folks who might require assistance services. I know if I'm finding this to be an issue, others must, too.

My husband and I are so glad we moved here!! Even before moving in, the staff has been so helpful & amazing & helped us with every question we had (we probably called 100 times)! They gave us a little welcome gift and made sure to let us know if we had any questions to call them or go by to talk to them. The apartments are very clean & quite nice for what you pay. Not too much noise can be heard from the other apartments which is a huge plus!! They also have some events some days like community movie night! We’ve only been here a short time but already love it!
