I’ve lived here for three years with my boyfriend and we love it. Guinevere is located in the heart of Greenwood, so tons of bars and restaurants are within walking distance; Greenlake park and Golden Gardens are only minutes away; and we are within a 5 mile radius of Ballard, Fremont, U-District, Phinney, Wallingford, and more. Guinevere is not only in a great location, but it’s also reasonably priced, they have good amenities, it is a secure building, and the management is invested in every resident’s satisfaction. The Assistant Manager, Amy, is very personable, helpful and is actually pretty funny too. She is great at bringing neighbors together with resident gatherings such as rooftop bbqs, painting parties and even yoga classes. Also, the maintenance team responds quickly to any problems or issues in our apartment. Maintenance Manager, Carlos, is very trustworthy, efficient, and friendly. He also cleans up any messes he’s made while working in our apartment (unlike some other people in the past). You can really tell that management cares about their residents which is hard to come by these days. We love living at Guinevere - good location, fairly priced rent and a friendly staff. We will definitely stick around for a while.

Guinevere was a great place to live! Tom and Hailey were amazing, and the maintenance team was very quick to get any and everything we needed taken care of. Guinevere is in a great neighborhood, and it’s really close to some good restaurants. The community is well taken care of and was a great place to call home!
