I have stayed in this apartment for the past year. Mrs. Singer was very helpful when I was moving in and during my stay. The building is professionally managed and located in a nice neighborhood. It is close to public transportation(close to bus stops and train station) and affordable which makes it a very good option for a grad student at Upenn. If I come back to Philadelphia I would be happy to stay here again.

I've been here for about a month now and so far everything is going well. Katy from the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the leasing and move in process and made the experience as smooth as it could be for us. Any unaddressed maintenance concerns were taken care of shortly after move in thanks to Lisa and the great maintenance team here. There's plenty of parking, whether it be street or in the lot, and the apartment itself has wonderful natural light and great hardwood floors. Laundry is in the basement but there's usually always more than one machine available.
