Large double-hung windows let in an abundance of light in all of the rooms, and the screened porch provides comfortable outdoor living space. The condo is located on the ground floor. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc., a gas range with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, and a stackable washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second 2 twins. The sofa in the living room converts to a comfortable (really!) queen sized bed. Wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood provide an ideal place for walking or jogging, and a coffee shop, multiple restaurants (including Ethiopian, Thai, casual and fine Italian, etc.), shopping and even an independent movie theater are a half mile away. Spring through fall, a farmers market is open Wed, Fri and Sat around the corner from the apartment, and a new greenway offers a convenient connection to Freedom Park, Dilworth and Carolinas Medical Center. Ideal for short- or long-term stays for business or pleasure, or when visiting someone at either CMC or Presbyterian Hospitals, our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay.
