Small to medium non-aggressive pets permitted, with certain limits on breeds, species, and total number of each type of pet. Friendly large dogs of certain breeds may also be accepted, but on a case-by-case basis. Renter must clean pet waste regularly to keep the home safe and clean, including the yards, and should pick up after animals when walking them in the neighborhood.
