Public Wi-Fi is available throughout the clubhouse and outdoor amenities include a gazebo and seven outdoor dining areas which include a combination of gas and charcoal grills. The extensive landscaping includes a gazebo, two pergolas, a dozen park benches, a series of outdoor fitness areas, a dog park, a koi pond with fountain, and sidewalks which wind through our wooded yards. The community offers an abundance of amenities, such as a dog park, walking trail, tot lot, swimming pool, business center, billiards room, sports court, and a fitness center with locker rooms and showers. The gym, business center, and billiards room are open 24/7 to residents. They also offer a shuttle, which runs every weekdays to get you to/from the Van Dorn (Blue) and Eisenhower (Yellow) stations. The Van Dorn Metro Station is less than a 10 minute walk from our front door, or just a 5 minute shuttle ride during weekday rush hours. There is also a regional bus stop at the property. Eisenhower Ave is a bike-friendly route that connects The Exchange to the Hoffman Center, NSF, Federal Courthouse, PTO, and Old Town, which are all just a short ride away. Approved tenant will need to register through the condominium and receive orientation prior to move-in. Tenant will also owe a non-refundable $300 move-in fee and $500 security deposit to the condominium in addition to owner's security deposit. Pets will be considered on case by case basis. The proprerty is currently tenant occupied through June.
