This unit is currently occupied and we are showing with approved applications only. The photos and video were taken before out current tenant move in, currently the unit is in good condition. Linden Hills upper level duplex, available for a Mid November/December move in. Walking into this unit you will find a large living room with access to the screened in porch. The dining room separates the two bedrooms. The second bedroom is on the smaller side and has been mainly used as an office. The main bedroom is large enough for a king or queen. In unit Laundry. 1 garage space Included. Second car would need street parking (which is easy). Window Ac unit included. Tenants will share lawn and snow with lower neighbor. The lawn is mainly hostas and mulch so you will need to weed. Owner will be paying for Spring and Fall cleanup at the property. Gas and Electric are tenant responsibility. Owner pays for water/sewer/trash. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
