I have been living here since January and first off I am impressed that both Vanessa and Samantha are very professional and every time I see them they address me by my name. Both were very helpful in my move in and with any questions or issues I have had ( no real issues). Like others I was skeptical about moving in due to reviews but I have had no issues with anything thus far. The grounds are well maintained and the cleaners keep the common area and stairwells clean. At times due to people just being people the dumpster area gets messy but it is constantly being cleaned and maintained. Knock on wood my experience has been positive with the whole team and would not hesitate recommending the Alante. Only grievance I would have is beyond their control would be parking.

Just moved out at the end of my lease. The leasing office was always friendly and great to work with. Most maintenance requests were completed the same day. The longest I ever waited for a maintenance request was 2 days, and it was for something non-essential. Very clean atmosphere and the employees take pride in their work and are very efficient. Overall great experience for the year I was here.
