This townhouse comes with a back patio perfect for entertaining! Security deposit equal to one months rent. Refrigerator and washer/dryer not included. Tenants will be responsible for utilities, lawn care, pest control, renters insurance and quarterly air filter replacement. All unit are NON Smoking. Self Showings are available.
