The master bedroom is huge and provides double granite vanities, large walk in shower with frameless glass, and a walk in closet. The secondary bedroom features a full bath and walk in closet. This townhouse comes with a back patio perfect for entertaining! Security deposit equal to one months rent. Refrigerator and washer/dryer not included. Tenants will be responsible for utilities, pest control, renters insurance and quarterly air filter replacement. All unit are NON Smoking. Self Showings are available. Call or email for more info.
