Awful people running this place. They raised my rent 30% and the apartment was horrible. Mice problem, birds living in the A/C unit, mold in the bathroom no matter how often you scrub it, faulty locks, huge gaps under the doors that cause drafts, broken heating units, electrical problems, the list goes on. The worst landlords I've ever dealt with. They ignore your messages and don't fix any issues. Good luck getting your security deposit back.
