There are two other tenants in the unit and we're looking to rent out this one bedroom within the unit. This is the third bedroom, which comes with its own closet and shower. The tenant will have access to the washer/dryer, kitchen, furnished living room and outside gated seating areas. The master bedroom is occupied by a couple, and the second room, by a single male. Both men and women are encouraged to apply for this third bedroom. Located in the heart of Atwater Village, this front unit of a quadruplex residence was fully remodeled in the summer of 2020. Everything in the house is relatively NEW (A/C, Windows, bathrooms and tiles, hardwood floors, washer and dryer). The style of the interior is of the contemporary style. The electricity and gas are separated into separate meters. The water and sewage are collective and divided equally amongst all adult residents residing on the property.
