I've included 2 versions of the interior pics, since the current tenant repainted. The ones with pink walls are the older version, but you can get a better idea of the space. The L-shaped counter and shelf under the AC have been removed, the walls have been painted white, and new flooring installed. Ceiling mural by former artist tenant must remain, but you have the option to paint the interior walls to your taste. Gated driveway space included. The driveway is large enough for a boat or RV. Dimensions of the included space: Workshop: 8' x 12' Gated Driveway: 30' driveway w/11.5' wide drive-in clearance $750/mo includes utilities & Wi-Fi. $750 refundable security deposit, $100 cleaning fee. RV Hookup + laundry room access available for additional usage fees. Come take a look, and make this your new workshop and storage! Please note: NO PETS/ANIMALS allowed on property.
