It's an easy walk downtown and to the National Mall if you're showing around friends and family. Nats Park and the bustling Waterfront are also nearby. Dining and bars along Pennsylvania Ave mean you simply have to walk across the street for evening entertainment. On weekends, you can't miss the Flea Market at Eastern Market! More shops and dining abound down 8th Street. For groceries, the actual Eastern Market, Yes! Organic, and Safeway are all great options. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
