Hi There ! The Apartment : The other bedroom in my 2BR apartment is opening up as my roommate is planning to move to South Bay. Also my gf is planning to move in with me hence the low rent !.The place is a 1000 sq ft apartment with lots of room and privacy. The room is pretty big 14 x 13 ft and offers nice views of south bay. Also the apartment is very well renovated with modern light fixtures and a big granite counter top kitchen. The living room has panoramic windows with amazing views of the city. The living area is furnished with a 65 inch LED and sofa/couches.(Pretty sure you can buy the bedroom stuff from my roommate for pretty cheap as well!) We have a separate small living area next to the dining area too in case you want a quite spot to do your own thing in the evening. Apart from all this the place is pretty strategic and just a 1 min walk to Glen Park BART and a 2-3 min walk to some good neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores and also there is tons of street parking. Also the building is very well maintained with a washer dryer in building and also houses one of the best coffee shop's in Glen Park (Cup Cafe!) About us: I am a laid back 27 yr old guy who works in Tech Consulting. I am either travelling for work Mon-Thur or working remotely from home/SF office. I enjoy lifting, cooking & bag-packing. Weekdays are usually pretty low key for me its mostly work and then hitting the gym with maybe some meal prep and Netflix in the mix whenever I am not travelling. Weekends I am usually doing outdoorsy stuff with friends or hit up the bars in evening. She is mostly busy on both weekdays and weekends with school and work and we try to spend time on the weekends exploring the bay area or maybe cook something awesome ! About you: A responsible, clean, friendly roommate. We don't have to be best friends but definitely someone who keeps a positive , friendly atmosphere in the house and down for drinks/dinner once in a while. Apart from that the regular stuff of paying rent on time and cleaning up after yourself are important.
