Studio/Backhouse rental near USC with bathroom and small kitchen! It's a big private space with access to the yard. There is no washer/dryer on property. I'm looking for a responsible and professional tenant. Rental is for one person, and a pet may be considered. All utilities included; however, you'd have to purchase wifi. Property is located in a safe area, which has access to the Expo line. It's 20 minutes from DTLA and 40 minutes to Santa Monica Beach. A background check is needed.
