The main master bedroom has a large walk in closet and attached office and opens up to the outside directly to the hot tub. Ample natural light illuminates the house. Spacious backyard with park like atmosphere. Pets ON APPROVAL, with a limit of 2, and additional security deposit plus pet rent depending on size, $25 for small under 30lbs or $50 for larger. Tenants pay gas and electric and their own cable/internet. Hot tub is available but maintained by tenants if you choose to use it.
