Been living at this community for just a little over 2 years and it’s a nice place to live. A lot of people have told me that this is a rough area but I feel 100% safe especially since we have an open/close gate. Staff has always been super nice and they respond quick to text messages/emails and phone calls.. I have had 1 maintenance issue but they got it fixed quick. Only downfall is no washer/dryer in 1 bedrooms BUT I heard they might start adding.. Overall, great place to live and super low security deposit! 👍🏽
