I recently became a resident at The Boulders and I am surprised by the number of bad reviews! I have had a great experience so far with the staff and my apartment is great! We originally applied for an upgraded upstairs unit, but a week before move-in day I found out the upstairs units do not have hard wood. I went to the leasing office and spoke with Jonathan about this to see if we had any other options, as hard wood is important to me. He told me another unit with hard wood would be available in a month but that he would keep me in the loop. That same day I got a call back from him saying the property manager would make it work for us and get the unit ready by the end of the week! When we moved in everything looked great. There were a few things that needed fixing, but they were fixed the day after we told them about it. Compared to the other units I toured in the North Reno area this is the nicest and somehow cheapest place I found. The treatment from staff has been very welcoming and appreciated. They have gone out of their way to help and reassure us when I brought up the bad reviews as a concern. They were very accommodating and I am happy we chose this complex. Also, the parking is GREAT compared to other apartments. I no longer have to fight my partner over who gets the parking spot lol.
