This unit was recently professionally designed and fully renovated for comfortable and sophisticated living. The apartment features an open-concept layout with sophisticated finishes, lots of windows and high ceilings, The modern kitchen includes European style cabinets, quarts countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and gas cooking!) If you’d prefer to drive, the house is surrounded by easy and plentiful street parking that doesn’t require you to move your car daily. Lease terms including water, garbage, sewer, internet & streaming tv are $1550 for a lease ending May, June, or July of 2027, 1350 for a lease ending May, June, or July of 2028. If you’d like a fixed monthly all-inclusive bill, gas and electric (i.e. all utilities except phone) can be included at a flat rate of $300/mo rent. No short-term leases are offered in this price range. Tenants (or cosigner) must have a steady verifiable income of 3x the monthly rent (2.5x the monthly rent with utilities), and pass a credit and background check.
