The first month's rent and deposit(s) as outlined below are needed prior to moving in. We are unable to accept partial deposits or payments when it comes to what's needed prior to moving in. We look for gross income to be at least 3x what the monthly rent is unless your receiving housing assistance (i.e. if the monthly rent is $1k we look for a gross income of $3k a month).
