I recently toured Altura, and it was by far my best experience. Not sure why all the negative reviews! It was my last stop on my apartment search, and I’m glad it was. From the moment I was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk, I felt welcomed. he personally walked me to the leasing office where I met Gilbert who offered me water, asked me how my day was, if I’ve lived downtown & wanted to get to know me & my needs. I then met with the leasing agent, Kristen who was so kind! No other team made my experience this personable! I called back two days later with additional questions and was taken care of. Btw the building was clean, smelled good & the rooftop pool is even better in person! Can’t wait to see what is available in September. Thanks Altura!

I have been living here almost a year now and absolutely love it! I love the location, maintenance always seems to respond quickly and the leasing staff is always so friendly! Despite what some of the other reviews say, the new manager Gilbert is obviously doing something right because the building has never been cleaner and any issue I ever have has been resolved almost immediately. Definitely will be renewing!
