The house is set up as a duplex style with a one bedroom "apartment" as separate tenant and entrance from outside, so think of this more like a townhome. If you look at the pictures and video, the entrance to the apartment is on the left side of the driveway. And if you are looking at the front of the house, the apartment portion is to the far right . This is separate from the main house and the two do not have access to each other . Each tenant has one side of the driveway for their use and ample street parking as the house sits on a corner. The front and back yard ares are exclusive to you, the House tenant. Inside, you have a split level layout with 2 beds and 2 baths, living and kitchen in the main living area. Kitchen has granite counters and electric appliances. Classic hardwood floors in the main areas. Downstairs of the split level is a large entry room/foyer from the driveway, a full bath, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Lawn service included! Electric, sewer/water/trash, gas utilities are kept in management's name and billed to you each month as they come in. Small/med dogs negotiable with additional deposit and registration. Each adult occupant will need to sign the lease and undergo individual application checks for background criminal, eviction, credit, landlord and income verification. No Co-signers.
