Right off Britton and Lake Hefner Parkway in the Village, you'll fall in love with the location as much as the home. Easy access to Lake Hefner's walking/biking trails, lighthouse and lakeside restaurants, both Hefner Parkway and the Kilpatrick Turnpike and some of the best grocery stores in the city - Uptown Market, Sprouts and Trader Joes. You'll also be close enough to enjoy all of the specialized shopping and restaurants along May Avenue, the Classen Curve and Memorial Road! The home has been updated with newer appliances, granite kitchen counters, vinyl planking throughout, updated fixtures and ceiling fans but the home's original charm shines through with built in nooks, large picture windows and a gorgeous backyard. Both the living room and kitchen are extremely oversized and have plenty of room of any range of furniture options including sectional sofas and large dining room furniture. If the kitchen is the heart of the home, then this home has the biggest heart around with it's abundant cabinet and counter space, built in shelving and plenty of room for a dining nook alongside an actual dining table. One of our favorite features in the kitchen is the window above the sink overlooking the backyard! Comes furnished with a stove/range and dishwasher so you'll only need to provide a refrigerator. All three bedrooms are similar in size and have generous storage space; the main suite has it's own on-suite bathroom (complete with shower!) while the other two rooms share an especially oversized hall bathroom between them. The hallway also has abundant built in storage and a quaint desk at the end of the hall that would be perfect as a functioning workspace or to showcase decor. The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for entertaining this summer! Along one side of the home is a shaded area that would be perfect as a "dog run!" Pets are welcome upon approval and completed pet screening through https resident ourpetpolicy com signup (breed restrictions apply). A one-time $35 pet application fee per pet is required. An additional $300 pet deposit per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet will also apply. All applicants must complete a pet screening report, whether they have household pets, service animals, ESA animals, or no pets at all.
