Looking for a roommate to rent private bedroom with attached full bath and walk-in closet in beautiful condo in downtown Nashville. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Connected bath is also used for the guest bath (separate hallway entrance). The condo is fully decorated, and has hardwood floors throughout, with carpeted bedrooms. The dining room has been converted into a guest room/living area. There are two counter space dinette areas in the kitchen. We can adjust for additional furniture or discuss sharing a storage space, if need be. I am the condo owner, and am a 32-year old professional female non-smoker who works from home. I am very tidy, hospitable, considerate, adventurous, and independent. I love travel, wine, detective novels, tacos, lakes, dogs, and baseball games. I am sociable, but not wild. I enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party, brunch, or game night for friends, and generally throw parties on the 4th of July and/or New Year's Eve, as you can see the fireworks from the back balcony. I have a 16-pound friendly, fluffy, well-behaved Pomeranian named Tanner in residence. Other doggy roommates will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The condo complex is located on the next block from the Sounds' new baseball stadium, within walking distance to Germantown, the farmers' market, and Bicentennial park, and a $5 Lyft/Uber ride to downtown. It's central to everything and easily accessible to the interstate. There is a washer & dryer in the unit.
