Kiara was most definitely a pleasure to work with, very patient. The walk through convinced me this was the place! The entire property is well managed, clean, pool clear in color, no smell of trash, exceptional upkeep of grounds. The actual units are modern & sleek. Bricks Perimeter Center Apartments. This apt complex is strategic located, less than a mile from 285, lots of walking distance restaurants, perimeter mall, close by parks and other great convenient stuff around. Leasing office staff is always in a good mood and very polite and cordial when addressing our questions and requests. Great community to live.
