The fabulous view den has amazing trim work detail (I've never seen anything quite like it!) and could make a great 3rd bedroom or play room. Private master bedroom has wonderful walk-in closet with custom-designed closets and awesome soaking tub. The secondary bedroom has its own door that leads to the great wrap-around deck. In addition to all that, there is a 3-car attached garage plus driveway parking (note that the far side of the parking area is reserved for the downstairs tenant) and a tankless hot water heater for endless hot water. All appliances are provided, including washer and dryer. Utility information: Tenant to pay for all utilities, including a flat fee of $95 for water/garbage/sewer. Tenant to receive a $50 monthly credit from owner to reimburse you for electricity for downstairs unit (this means the actual monthly flat fee will only be $45).
