About 2936 Barton Skyway
2 bedroom 2 bathroom 900 sqft apartment at The Ridge. I am 3 months into my 15 month lease but I've met a wonderful woman and we are moving in together so I need someone to take over my lease. This complex allows for you to completely take over the lease. This means you have to pass the same background and credit check if you were to walk into the office and get a place. (you need to qualify by showing that you and whoever else you are with combined make three times rent, students need a cosigner who makes five times) I am not a realtor nor do I work for the complex. Here are some details about this complex. - The Pool, it is awesome. I changed my entire work schedule around just so I could spend early afternoons there. - Size, its 900 sqft and the floor plan is laid out very well, the porch is massive enough for two large outside tables and chairs. - Community, The age group here is right around 25-35, young professionals. I've never had a noise complaint or any neighbor complaint for that matter. - Location, This place is tucked away right next to the greenbelt, behind Zilker, off Mopac. If you love the greenbelt, barton springs pool, walking to ACL, blues on the green, or hopping on mopac for a 4 minute drive into downtown or to the mall this will be perfect for you. - Other things, tennis courts, sand volley ball court, quiet since there is no thru traffic, Taco Deli (my favorite) - LOWEST POSSIBLE MONTHLY RATE, 12 month lease locked in at a 15 month rate by means of transfer from another unit. This means I have the lowest rent possible. If you just signed a new lease here you would pay at least $100 more per month. - NEW CARPET, they put it in at the end of March. - NO PET DEPOSIT, we already paid it so if you have a pet you will save. Certain 'aggressive' dog breeds and dogs over 45lbs are not allowed. - NO PET FEE, yep, we already paid that too. - ONE FREE PARKING PASS additional can be bought from the office. The Deposit is $400, applications are $60 per person on the lease, and there is a $100 transfer fee. I want to move as soon as possible, so please serious applicants only.
