Our newly renovated community is unique, as our residents can take the Green Belt Trail to Zilker Park, offering a great short cut when the music festivals are in town.

Lived here for 3 years. Loved my apartment with a view of the Austin City skyline. The moonlight views from the balcony are beautiful. Loved the hiking trails from the apartment that led to the Greenbelt. The staff were very friendly. Especially Dina Ocasio in the leasing office made the place feel welcome. It is amazing how one person can make such a big difference. But how it is managed by the larger corporate management makes you feel like you are nothing but a wallet to be robbed and fleeced to the maximum. Example: continuous addition of new expensive and mandatory charges like "Valet Trash". You get charged charged a roughly $10-20 per month fee for taking the trash bag from your apartment door to the main trash area which is likely 100 feet away from your door. It is mandatory and not optional. Another example: If by mistake, the rent is late by 1 day, you are charged $250 late fee.

I’ve met a lot of mgmt team while traveling all around the country. This mgmt team impressed me. I know how our reviews work and some people made reviews just to “get back” what they want. Take ownership isn’t really that hard. Abusing the power of the reviews and ignoring people’s efforts of making a difference is a shame. Before leaving a negative review, just think about when was the last time to leave a positive one. I support good hard working people who are just doing the best they can. This mgmt is indeed doing a decent job
