There is a private backyard, Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room. The back bedroom connects to the backyard through sliding doors. It also has a walk-in closet. Each bedroom is next to a bathroom. The front bathroom has a stand-up shower. The back bathroom has a full bathtub and shower. Up to 2 well-behaved pets allowed, additional pet rent $20 per pet pet month. Most cats & dogs allowed. Security deposit equal to 1 momth rent. Must pay 1 month rent plus security deposit prior to signing lease. Application & Background check required. Criteria include FICO score above 700 and income greater than 3 times rent.
