This apartment complex is a newer location in Gainesville. Wonderful location close to schools, stores, and gas stations. The property is very clean and well kept, and the property managers have a considerate, attentive, and professional demeanor. The apartments themselves are beautiful and reasonably priced considering the amenities, cleanliness, and efficient maintenance provided. I would certainly recommend Novo Markets West for a friend or family member searching for a safe and comfortable community.

I love living here. Gabby, Brittany and Kirby are amazing!!! They have events/catered food at the office occasionally and it's nice to meet the neighbors and mingle. The property is well mantained and beautiful except the one liilte tree that has uprooted and looks to fall over anytime (poor guy). The dog park, gym, and pool are wonderful and I love stopping in the office for my free coffee every morning. Keep up the great work guys!!!
