This apartment complex is a newer location in Gainesville. Wonderful location close to schools, stores, and gas stations. The property is very clean and well kept, and the property managers have a considerate, attentive, and professional demeanor. The apartments themselves are beautiful and reasonably priced considering the amenities, cleanliness, and efficient maintenance provided. I would certainly recommend Novo Markets West for a friend or family member searching for a safe and comfortable community.

I love living here. Gabby, Brittany and Kirby are amazing!!! They have events/catered food at the office occasionally and it's nice to meet the neighbors and mingle. The property is well mantained and beautiful except the one liilte tree that has uprooted and looks to fall over anytime (poor guy). The dog park, gym, and pool are wonderful and I love stopping in the office for my free coffee every morning. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Gabby was so helpful and nice. We absolutely love our apartment! The appliances are brand new and everything is just so fresh and clean. Same with the pool and gym- I love it here! Great experience.
I can’t speak highly enough of this apartment complex and all the staff/ property managers! They go above and beyond whenever I need help and have truly welcomed me to Gainesville, making my living situation so easy, clean, and comfortable! I always feel safe on the property, there’s always someone willing to give assistance, and the amenities are incredible! Brittany, Gabby, Kirby, and Aaron have made my transition to a new town so smooth and I’d recommend the apartment complex to anyone. Move here and you won’t regret it!!!! Best decision I’ve made in Gainesville yet!

I have had a great experience at Novo Markets West. The property is conveniently located and the amenities are great, especially the newly renovated dog park for my dogs. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I appreciate all they do to make renting easy!
Moved in about a month ago, everything is great here. It's clean with the best managment team I've ever had. Gabby helped to make our move in smooth! Maintenance is responsive and very knowledgeable. Jake, the maintenance man was very nice and fixed what I needed repaired in a timely manner. I wish I could give them more stars!

I love living here! The staff is very kind and organized, the apartment complex is clean, and the tenants are quiet. I really appreciate how the apartment management will step up and do something about any issues that take place, and they organize resident bake sales and other events. My only complaint is the cost really, but everything is pricy now. I've now lived in 4 different apartment complexes in Gainesville, and this one is definitely the best I've lived in.

Absolutely love Novo Market West. The staff is super professional, welcoming, and a pleasure to work with. Maintenance was quick to come and walk me through an issue, that was clearly user error, without any complaints. The property is beautiful with great amenities and more to come. This is a brand new property and will only get better once completed.
