Ms. Kim was excellent! I was very nervous about what apartment to use for law school during these next 3 years and it only took me a minute to realize Summer Place was where I wanted to be. Ms. Kim really connected with me and my family and showed us how much she cared about the residents. For that, I’m thankful. The first apartment I went to tour ended up being the only one I toured. The apartments are very nice and are being renovated as we speak. I couldn’t chose a better place. For anyone wondering if these apartments are worth it, wonder no more. Being someone who is leaving their state to attend law school, a place that is safe, quiet, and has that homely feeling can’t be beat.

Newly renovated apartments, amenities, and appliances are fantastic but even more helpful is Miss Kim, the property manager. She is absolutely phenomenal whether its a quick chat with residents just to say hello, helping sort out paperwork, taking care of maintenance calls, you name it she brings a friendly smile and helpful focus to make sure things get taken care of. The apartments are quiet, but conveniently located near multiple bus lines. Great for a graduate student wanting a quiet place to come home to, but with easy access to the University and everything else in Gainesville.
