Ms. Kim was excellent! I was very nervous about what apartment to use for law school during these next 3 years and it only took me a minute to realize Summer Place was where I wanted to be. Ms. Kim really connected with me and my family and showed us how much she cared about the residents. For that, I’m thankful. The first apartment I went to tour ended up being the only one I toured. The apartments are very nice and are being renovated as we speak. I couldn’t chose a better place. For anyone wondering if these apartments are worth it, wonder no more. Being someone who is leaving their state to attend law school, a place that is safe, quiet, and has that homely feeling can’t be beat.
Newly renovated apartments, amenities, and appliances are fantastic but even more helpful is Miss Kim, the property manager. She is absolutely phenomenal whether its a quick chat with residents just to say hello, helping sort out paperwork, taking care of maintenance calls, you name it she brings a friendly smile and helpful focus to make sure things get taken care of. The apartments are quiet, but conveniently located near multiple bus lines. Great for a graduate student wanting a quiet place to come home to, but with easy access to the University and everything else in Gainesville.

Summer Place Apartments are amazing me and my girlfriend stayed from January - December the ONLY REASON we left was because we had a bundle of joy who's growing very fast so we had to find something bigger. Our Landlord Ms.Kim and (Leo 🐕)is the best we wish we could take her with us to our new apartment home as our landlord. You know usually a true review has at least one negative comment but I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say. I love the new painting they added to the wall and also the new AC units they put in every apartment. I would like to say Thank You MS. Kim / Summer Place Apartments for an awesome stay we will definitely miss you.

This is a nice community that is extremely quiet and peaceful with a nice diverse mix of residents in a prime location to everything Gainesville has to offer. I really appreciate and enjoy all the new renovations they have done on the property. The bonus is that Ms. Terry and Ms. Kim are amazing people and definitely will get to know you and help you however they can which is rare amongst some other communities. To be so close to busy 34th and Archer Road this property is truly a gem and the people who oversee it are just as amazing! I would definitely would recommend staying here and from the family and friends that have come to see me in a short time they are amazed at how nice a place and community this is.

Miss Kim was amazing to me and my family! She made the process so easy and she made us feel like Family to the community already. Everything is newly renovated and even the appliances. I’m excited to move in and start my new journey! And let’s not Forget about Little Leo (Miss Kim’s Dog) he is loving and so sweet made the experience even better!

The management and staff are amazing and so sweet. Kim has been awesome getting me all set up for my first apartment. The complex is super clean and organized. In a safe environment and neighborhood.

This community is beautiful. Kim in the front office is amazing and answered every one of my questions, she has reached out with updates, and generally has just looked out for me. She is honest about everything and I believe an asset to the company. Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile, and an introduction from Leo, who is also the sweetest assistant I have ever met. I can not wait to move in here! :)

Lived here for the past 2 years (recently moved out earlier this year) and it was a wonderful experience living here! It was amazing to see all the work that was done to the place while we were living there and how much this place had improved. It was so cozy and the location was close enough to everything but far enough away to give you space. We really didn't want to leave because we loved Miss Kim so much! We definitely miss her sweet self (and Leo too!!)
