I love living at Noble on Newberry. The grounds are always clean and the staff is awesome! Bonnie and Mariana are amazing managers, and do their best to make sure everyone is happy. It’s a great atmosphere to live in.

Buckle up, this is going to be a lengthy one. We've lived here for almost a year, and our experience so far has been excellent. Here's a breakdown: Move-In Process: The response time was incredibly fast. We were overseas when securing this place, and the staff—specifically Mariana—helped make everything quick and seamless online. Her professionalism and efficiency were impressive. Price & Quality: You can’t beat the price for the quality of the build and amenities. The apartments are well-made and energy-efficient, with new appliances that have helped keep utility bills low (around $100/month for a 2-bedroom, even in the hottest Florida months). Location: The location might not be ideal for students since it’s a bit far from the center and lacks good bus connections. However, if you’re looking for a quieter neighborhood with good road connectivity, this is the perfect spot. Safety: Safety here is great. The buildings are in their own section off the main road, with ample lighting, cameras in the lobbies, and fingerprint access for residents. While this is not a gated community, the level of security is excellent. As a woman, I feel safe taking walks at night around the complex. Parking: Parking is free for unmarked spots, which are plentiful and easy to find. You can also reserve specific parking spots for an additional fee. However, there are no garages, and I do wish they had EV parking options. Maintenance & Management: The apartments are well-maintained, and the complex is always clean. There’s 24/7 maintenance, and they respond quickly and professionally. For instance, when our AC broke, they provided a mobile unit and fixed the issue promptly. The management team is also very helpful, answering every question we had and providing support whenever needed. Community: The neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves, which is great if you prefer a quieter, more private community. Amenities: The amenities are amazing and well-maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, a grill area, and a trail for walking pets. They also have a well-organized package room with lockers, free coffee (my personal favorite), an arcade room, a pool table, and lounge areas. Noise & Environment: Noise hasn’t been an issue for us—no traffic noise, and even living next to a family with kids, we can barely hear them. If you’re sensitive to noise, choosing a unit on the top floor might be a good idea, based on other reviews. Value: Overall, the combination of quality, amenities, great staff, and price makes this place an incredible value. I’d definitely recommend this community to others, especially if you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and well-maintained apartment with excellent amenities.
