Welcome home to this completely remodeled home in South Philadelphia. This home has three bedrooms one and a half baths and is located near transportation and the stadiums. Downstairs there are a hardware floors throughout and upstairs the bedrooms are carpeted. There's also a partially finished basement with a laundry room. The kitchen is brand new. It's a galley kitchen with beautiful new countertops. This beautiful home is for rent and available immediately. There's a $40 nonrefundable application fee for each adult and upon approval. The first months rent is owed and two months security deposit is due at move-in. Please take all measurements at the showing.
