Gas Radiator Heating! Good natural light and window space! Come check it out! Tenant pays all utilities - gas, electric, cable/internet and cold water/sewer. Cats and small dogs below 25 lbs. ok with a non-refundable pet fee! First month, last month and one month security deposit (3 months total) required at lease signing. 1 year lease minimum.
