This rental opportunity comes Master metered so all utilities are included. There is two washers and two dryers in the building that are coin up. We have ordered new windows for the apartment which will be delivered in the next 4 weeks that are double pane and insulated against outside noise. Leasing Terms: We are looking for qualified candidates that can fulfill the following criteria: Show verifiable income equal to or greater than 3.5 x the cost of the apartment. Show credit FICO scores above 680 minimum Clean eviction history and positive landlord references The lease agreement will require the applicant to agree to the following: A minimum 12 months leasing commitment Security deposit at $2695 No animals are allowed in the building except for registered service animals. There is no short-term or rental or subleasing allowed without written permission from the landlord. No commercial use is allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed in and around the building. Lessee must agree to House Rules There is no parking availability. Apartment viewings are done by appointment only with the resident manager, Rigoberto Diaz who can be reached at 415-285-8545.
