This house features large living room and dining rooms. Mostly hardwood floors except two bedrooms are carpeted. One bathroom is remodeled. Fresh paint throughout. Newer windows. Radiator (hot water) heat. Microwave oven. Washer-dryer in the basement. Fenced-in yard. No garage, but off-street parking is available and there is a storage shed. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant will be required to sign Xcel Energy Third-party notification. No smoking inside the house. We accept all kinds of rental assistance, including Section 8. Application fee is $32, or $45 if lived out of state within last 5 years. Some of the acceptance guidelines criteria: - no criminal of drugs, violence, guns - no UD filings with last 3 years - total household income at least $6000, or rental assistance - must have some good verifiable rental history, no money owed to past landlords Pets are accepted with additional refundable deposit- for most of dog breeds must have a proof of renter's insurance with liability coverage before move-in. For mid- and large-size dogs, additional rent $20/mo. For cats and small dogs, add'l rent $10/mo. Tenant to do all yard work, valued $75/mo. Advertised rent is after it has been reduced by this amount. If owner does all yard work, then rent will be $2275.
